The Client: Our client is a new dynamic Power Supply Distributor, focusing on Energy Supply in the Greek Electricity Market with a view to expanding its Energy Trading activities in the SEE region Client’s main goal is to stay at the forefront of the latest developments in the rapidly evolving energy market, while meeting the needs of business and home customers. They supplies electricity to end consumers connected under low (LV) or medium (MV) voltage and intend to acquire a significant position in the energy sector in Greece.

Aiming to grow rapidly and support the growth of its customer base, , our client is looking for a CBM Executive. The position is based in Athens.
The Role: The CBM Executive is a crucial member of the marketing team. The role is involved in techniques to assist in the design of marketing campaigns, increase customer satisfaction, enhance customer base loyalty, that will provide to improve ROI of customer acquisition and retention and marcom spending. The role is quite novel, essential for service providers and in high demand.In more detail, the CBM Executive is responsible for developing and managing the organization’s Customer Base Management policy.
In short, the incumbent’s responsibilities are:
• Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Planning and delivering CBM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CBM to identify the most effective approach for the company and its services. He/she should consider migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as Viber, SMS and email.
He/she will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. He/she will be working closely with all departments to ensure CBM policies are well designed and effectively communicated for all aspects of the company. He/she will also monitor direct communications with customers to identify gaps and opportunities.
Requirements: The incumbent should hols a University Degree in Business or Technical (Data Science/Data Analysis related) field. Post graduate studies with focus on data management and decision sciences, or relevant would be ideal. He/she must have at least 3 years of experience in related to Customer Base Management in a position in a similar industry, ideally in for a service provider with successful track record in a position of responsibility.
He/she should possess a strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies and dispose a proven understanding and practical implementation of the process. Understanding of other marketing techniques and contemporary communication methods is desired.
